1. What is Spot The Trucks Rewards?

Spot The Trucks Rewards is a loyalty program, designed by Big Rig Wraps Transport Truck Advertising. 
 
When you see a truck with an ad on the side or rear door, take a photo and submit it using this app. You will earn points that you can redeem for free products and services!

2. What are the benefits of the Spot The Trucks Rewards program?

Earn points that you can redeem for free products and services when you send us a photo of a truck with an ad on it! 
 
Trucks seen in Ontario with ads on the side or rear door will qualify to receive for 1 point (unless the ad is fleet branding advertising the trucking company).

3. How do I earn Spot The Trucks Rewards points?

It’s easy! Just send us a photo of a commercial truck with an ad on it. City delivery and big rig transports seen anywhere in Ontario are eligible. The only requirement is that the truck ad is not the branding or logo for the trucking company. It must be an advertisement for a product or service. 

4. How are the points calculated?

You can earn up to 7 points with a single photo entry!

Earn 1 point for every approved photo submitted.
Earn 1 point for sharing your truck photo on Twitter or Instagram with hashtag #BigRigWraps.
Earn an additional 5 points if the truck is a Big Rig Wraps customer.

5. How will I keep track of the points I've earned?

Click here to login, then click on Manage Your Points under the See Rewards tab.

6. How do I use my points?

You can cash out your points anytime on the Shop Page. Simply select the item(s) you want and apply your points towards the purchase. Points have no cash value.

7. Do Spot The Trucks Rewards points expire?

No

8. Who can join Spot The Trucks Rewards?

Anyone 19 years of age or older and residing in Ontario, Canada.

9. What is your privacy policy?

We collect demographic and contact information when you register for the Spot The Trucks Rewards Program. We also collect information through your participation, locations of trucks spotted, your points accumulation and redemption activity and when you use or view our websites, mobile site and app or emails. 
 
We use your personal information ONLY to administer the Spot The Trucks Rewards Program. Your name and contact information will never be shared with parties outside of Big Rig Wraps. We share with our partners only your statistical information such as your age group, average kms you travel and the truck photos you submit to us.

10. What are the program terms?

Big Rig Wraps Transport Truck Advertising has the right to terminate the Spot The Trucks Rewards Program, or to modify the terms and conditions of the program, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. Spot The Trucks Rewards Pro-gram members are subject to approval and may be terminated at Big Rig Wraps sole discretion for anyone appearing to be utilizing the program in a manner that is inconsistent with its terms, conditions, or intent.
